Note to Parents
If you are a parent and your child has used your debit/credit card or PayPal account and you wish to request a refund, rank removal on some or all of the purchases that your child has made then please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
We have a simply policy for refunds, there is a 48 hour time window where you can request a refund from when you purchase your ranks or other goods. You will have 48 hours from the time of the purchase to request a refund (via e-mail to [email protected]) - any refund requests out of this time window will not be accepted unless there is an evident reason for requesting a refund, however it is up to our administration team if you receive a refund after the 48 hour time window.
In the event of a chargeback that is either before or after the allocated time window please achknowledge the fact that you are no longer entitled to a refund. Opening a PayPal dispute will result in your account being banned on our network and other webstores.
All information that is required on this webstore is not shared with any other third parties and is stored securley. All payments are processed via SSL enabled gateways and ensure that your payment details are secure. Personal information is collected so that we can fufill your order and is never shared with any other third parties.

Any billing issues or other payment related enquiries can be sent to [email protected]where you will receive a response within 24 hours.
